I didn't think it would happen to me, I ignored all the advice... I should have done this months ago... blah blah blah. Just do it, reroute the heater and thermistor wires on your Monoprice Select Mini 3D printer.
This is how I rerouted the wired on my Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer, using just a screwdriver, wire stripper, soldering iron and wire cutter. There are a few materials you need, including 18g and 22g wire, shrink tube, braided wire protector, solder and zip ties. Links are all below.
