From Giaco Whatever
It's been 9 months since I made a video. We moved last summer, and everything has been in storage. FInally getting unpacked, but when Giaco's Maker Knife showed up, it felt right to turn the camera back on! After 8 months of waiting and 49 Euros, let's see what Giaco came up with when I unbox the Giaco Whatever Maker Knife funded through Kickstarter.
I backed Giaco's Kickstarter project on on June 8, 2018 as backer number 1260 and it was fully funded on July 12 with anticipated shipping in October... fast-forward and there were some delays in production. There are always delays in production. Anyone that's ever backed a Kickstarter knows that there are never guarantees. Anyone that's ever worked on a new product development knows that there are always delays.
But... it finally came!
Notification came from BackKit that my knife was finally shipped on January 26, 2019 from China. Despite the distance, and the fact that we moved in the time between shipping and receiving... I finally received my Maker Knife on February 12, 2019. This video is my first impressions on opening up my Giaco treasure.
